1. Start with “bridging affirmations.”
Instead of:
“I am wealthy,”
try:
“It’s becoming safer to imagine myself wealthy.”
2. Regulate first, affirm second.
Do a grounding or breathing exercise before affirming.
3. Add somatic cues.
Place a hand over your heart.
Anchor safety in the body.
Your body is not the enemy — it’s the gatekeeper.
